All quotations provided by UK Blinds Birmingham are free and without obligation unless otherwise stated.
Quotes are based on the information available at the time and may be subject to revision if measurements, specifications, or customer requirements change.
An order is considered confirmed once the customer accepts the quotation and any required deposit has been received.
As all blinds are made to measure, customers are responsible for ensuring that the selected products, colours, styles, and specifications are correct before the order is finalized.
Where our representative performs the measuring service, we will take responsibility for the accuracy of the measurements provided.
If customers provide their own measurements, UK Blinds Birmingham cannot be held responsible for sizing errors, fitting issues, or additional costs resulting from incorrect measurements.
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order.
We reserve the right to request a deposit before manufacturing begins.
Final payment is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to make payment may result in delays, suspension of services, or additional charges.
Our installers will take reasonable care during installation.
Customers must ensure that the installation area is accessible, clear of obstacles, and safe for our team to work.
UK Blinds Birmingham shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to supplier delays, adverse weather conditions, transportation issues, or unforeseen events.
As our blinds are custom-made to customer specifications, orders cannot usually be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced.
Made-to-measure products are generally non-refundable unless they are faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.
Customers should inspect products upon installation or delivery.
Any defects, damage, or issues must be reported within 7 days of installation or receipt.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty due to manufacturing defects, we will repair, replace, or provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
We make every effort to display product colours and materials accurately. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and manufacturing variations.
